Our Expert Sessions help members learn, grow, and advance their yachting experience through educational webinars with industry thought leaders that explore a variety of yachting industry topics targeted at owners and captains.

Have a direct impact on the industry by advocating for legislation favorable to the yachting industry. As Yacht Owners & Captains, we have the opportunity and responsibility to educate ourselves and our colleagues about legislation and policies that affect our industry—and to take action whenever possible.
- INTYOA Working Groups are comprised of Owner & Captain volunteers who represent your interests and provide advice and counsel to the association on a wide variety of topics critical to the industry. Working Groups include standards, technology, procurement, legal matters, international regulations, and many more.
- INTYOA Working Groups serve as the engine for engagement within the association. Working Groups—councils, committees, and task forces—address critical topics which can impact the yachting experience internationally. Working Group volunteers collaborate with leaders to reach consensus in specific areas and topics.
Every year new governmental policies and regulations are implemented that impact the way the yachting industry operates. The INTYOA is committed to having your interests represented in these important policy decisions by making certain elected officials understand the contributions of the yachting industry as well as the nuances unique to the industry. We do this by staying actively involved in industry affairs, and coordinating with industry experts to monitor legislative activity and keep our members abreast of issues that can affect the industry.As an Owner or Captain in the yachting industry, you play an important role in protecting and promoting the industry. Keeping aware of legislative issues amplifies your voice so you can support policies that facilitate a fair and enjoyable environment, allowing the industry to prosper.
Owner Summits offer excellent networking, engagement, and educational opportunities for Association members& Partners. Designed with regional challenges in mind, each Summit will provide valuable information and insights to help you expand your yachting experience.

Lee Mandel
President – Yacht Owner
Lee Mandel is an entrepreneur, technologist, software developer, school safety & security advocate, investor, Yacht Owner, and the founder and previous CEO of IntraLogic Solutions.
“A serial entrepreneur” at heart, Lee is the CEO and founder of multiple companies across a variety of industries.
Following his success at IntraLogic, Mandel has now moved towards new enterprises and the consulting space where he shares the extraordinary value of his vast network, industry expertise, and exceptional vision with others to help them develop their ideas, invest in their businesses, and make a lasting impact through strategic investment, consultation, and more.
Mandel has been an avid boater for over 40 years. He also holds a United States Coast Guard Master Captains License. After the successful sale of his technology company to Private Equity Mandel purchased M/Y Tail Lights. After a few years of ownership M/Y Tail Lights has become industry’s leading charter yacht program in the Bahamas & Caribbean.
Mandel has been featured in numerous industry publications including Super yacht Stories & HMY News.

Mandel is the recipient of the New York ICON and the 40 Under 40 Business Leaders Awards. His long-standing charitable work supports multiple non-profit initiatives around the globe.
Lee is excited to work with the members and partners of the International Yacht Owners Association to provide information, services, support, and legislative action to help expand and strengthen the International Yachting Industry.
Sean Kampfer
Vice President – Yacht Captain
Born and raised on Long Island NY, Captain Sean joined the boating scene at a young age. Beginning with his parent’s boats and restoring an old sailing boat of his own he eventually began running water taxis and mid-size passenger vessels to the city.
Falling hard for yachting one summer after joining a busy charter yacht in New England he has not looked back. Sean is a hands-on captain who takes great pride in any vessel or program he runs.
He is guest satisfaction oriented and aims to create a fantastic and memorable experience! Sean is a licensed pilot and in his spare time you might find him sailing, flying, snowboarding, golfing, and spending plenty of time at the beach.
Kelly Games
Executive Director
Kelly Games is excited to join the International Yacht Owners Association as the Executive Director. Kelly comes onboard with 13 years experience in the Maritime Industry attending multiple safety debriefings over the years.
For Kelly this industry is a family affair as her husband comes from the merchant marines and holds an unlimited 3rd mates license.
Kelly currently manages Yacht finances, including creating budgets for yachts and ensuring yachts have an overall healthy financial outlook. Kelly has held a multitude of positions across various industries from managing operations, directing HR and managing corporate finances.
In 2022 Kelly founded KMGames Consulting to assist corporations seeking financial management. Kelly is looking forward to propelling the yacht industry further with our extensive services.
Shannon Graf
Partner Services
Shannon Graf joins the International Yacht Owners Association as the Director of partner services
Shannon previously spearheaded public relations and event planning for a non-profit organization and served as an executive assistant where she oversaw data organization, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Shannon brings 6 years of experience in managing business relationships while displaying a strong ability to work within many disciplines due to tremendous interpersonal and time management skills.
As a long time athlete, Shannon brings passion and enthusiasm into any team that she joins, and is thrilled to be joining the International Yacht Owners Association and their community .
Nicole Mandel
Media Relations
Nicole Mandel joins the International Yacht Owners Association as the Head of Media Relations
Nicole currently assists several yachts with their Social Media presence and Advertising
Nicole comes from an HR and staffing background. Nicole has immaculate people skills having hired and managed all employees for her previous company for 18 years.
Nicole has overseen hiring in the yacht industry for a busy charter yacht for the past 4 years. Nicole is eagerly looking forward to enhancing the yacht industry at the International Yacht Owners Association.
